This story and the following (objective) information should be brought back to everyone's attention every few months, so it's never forgotten.
In 2002, Jon Poling, a neurologist out of Georgia, and his wife, filed a lawsuit after their daughter (Hannah) developed "autism-like symptoms" after receiving her 9 vaccines in 1 doctor visit in 2000 at 18 months old. Five years later, the case was settled before trial and sealed. Crazy. They won a settlement that, theoretically, could add up to over 20 MILLION dollars by the end of Hannah's lifetime.
It was "determined" that Hannah had an underlying "unknown and undiagnosed" mitochondrial disorder that the vaccines she received triggered and in response, caused her autism.
Since then, nobody can win in the NVICP with an autism case, just like vaccine induced "SIDS" cases. Since then, autism has risen to 1 in 36 (the stat from 2019). If your child carries a genetic condition you don't know about, vaccines are the biggest trigger there are. Autism is not a one size fits all, there is a spectrum for a reason. There are MILLIONS of parents with autistic children who know vaccines caused their child's autism, ADHD, Aspberger's, OCD, anxiety, and other mental health disorders.
Your child may have a precursor to getting autism but they sure as hell were not BORN with autism!
July 20th, 2010 is when the actual set compensation came.
"(T)here's no denying that the court's decision to award damages to the Poling family puts a chink -- a question mark -- in what had been an unqualified defense of vaccine safety with regard to autism. If Hannah Poling had an underlying condition that made her vulnerable to being harmed by vaccines, it stands to reason that other children might also have such vulnerabilities."
Also in 2010, the head of the CDC, Julie Gerberding, became the head of Merck. Ha. Crazy right? What a weird conflict of interest and what odd timing? Well no, she knew things were eventually going to go down and she wanted to go over to the side where she was protected with free-liability if anyone dies or gets hurt on her watch. The CDC owns patents on many vaccinations. You keep trusting the CDC though. 👌
Summer of 2019, the ICAN organization FOIA requests studies from the CDC, proving that vaccines do NOT cause autism. After months of demanding the request, ICAN decided to sue the CDC in federal court, and right away, the CDC conceded, in a stipulation signed by a Federal court judge, that they has NO studies proving that DTaP, HiB, PCV13, IPV, and Hep B don't cause autism, and minimal, pathetic studies done on the MMR & Thimersol.
So when you see the blanket bull squat on the CDC's website that "there is no link between vaccines and autism" (they threw out an incredible study that DID make a link and stripped an amazing doctor, Andrew Wakefield, of his license for doing it) it should ALSO say, "we have nothing proving vaccines don't cause autism".
If you are really going to read all of this (there's so much more), and not listen to the millions of parents who watched their healthy child fall onto the spectrum, or worse, right after vaccines, and say "VACCINES DON'T CAUSE AUTISM", "AUTISM IS A GIFT", crawl back in your brainwashed hole and gaslight yourself in the mirror, please.
Because there is no longer room for doubt that they sure as hell do.
